Our monthly fee includes two in-depth inspections of the property, detailed pictures with feedback and recommendations, 2 hours of small handyman tasks, and 24/7 owner support for last-minute tasks like garbage removal and LP tank swaps that are too small to hire an outside party for. As a family-run business based out of St. Petersburg, FL, we provide a personal touch that larger management companies can't match.
In addition to our core services, we also offer simple design consultations to rearrange décor that is already in the home and provide a photo service that includes fresh new photos of the home. Our handyman and maintenance services are provided in-house, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail. Any additional services needed are provided by generating an estimate for the task first, with the cost being in addition to the monthly subscription.
Unlike most management companies, we do not take a percentage of profits. Instead, we take a fixed number that is curated for your specific property depending on its needs and your requests. This way, you know exactly what you're paying for, and there are no surprises.
